The quality Assurance (QA) Program is a program designed by management to assure quality delivery of a product or service. It has been identified as an important part of radiation protection and safety.

Quality control (QC) involves specific actions designed to keep measurable aspects of the radiodiagnostic and radiotherapy equipment performance within specified limits. These actions typically involve measurement of a process variable, checking the measured value against a limit, and performing corrective action(s) if the limit is exceeded to avoid unnecessary high doses while targeting to achieve good image quality in radiodiagnosis.

Similarly, QC is also carried out in the radiotherapy facility to ensure absolute dosimetry; curbing the absorbed dose to the organs at risk while delivering the prescribed dose to the target.

Triple-N Formations Limited undertakes the Acceptance testing and QC for digital radiography, mammography, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, and dental radiography as well as radiotherapy equipment including the medical linear accelerator, and Co-60 teletherapy machine, brachytherapy machine, CT-Simulator, etc.

We undertake Acceptance testing and inspection of all kinds of ionizing radiation emitting devices. A protocol for QC tests has been drafted based on various national and international recommendations.
