Customers Satisfaction

A process has been established for identifying and documenting the requirements for fulfilling a service contract. This shall include the identification of:

  • Customer requirements
  • Related statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Organizational resources necessary
  • Requirements for communication with the customer

The organization has numerous responsibilities to our customers/clients. These include but are not limited to the following:

  • Promoting good relationships with customers/clients by fulfilling the needs of the customers/clients through the provision of the necessary service, as and when due
  • Continually improving quality and productivity and by this means obtaining and maintaining market leadership;
  • Promoting, developing, and improving the skills of our staff at all levels to enhance quality awareness and to maintain a highly motivated and competitive team;
  • Maintaining the high standard of our management system using regular audits and reviews.
  • Ensuring that customers’ reactions are considered. Feedback, including both favorable and unfavorable reactions, shall be collected and evaluated. To this end, the management shall establish a monitoring process under the management system that is designed to assess and analyze all customer reactions to enable our organization to take actions designed to result in the continuous improvement of effectiveness.
  • Protection of client confidentiality, while recognizing and acceding to any legal requests to advise regulatory bodies of any breach of a regulatory request or limit, such as exceeding personal dose limits.
